Talent Manager

Jessica and our Community Wellness department collaborate in locating top talent, along with the south-central part of PA.

Jelitza Motta, Director of Employee Engagement

Jelitza works closely staff to ensure that ALL staff members have an amazing experience at SAM.

Jennifer assists in locating talent across PA.

Val Cunningham, PHR Talent Manager

Val and the Children & Youth Services department work jointly in locating outstanding talent, in addition to the western part of PA.

Julie Davis, SHRM-CP Director of Benefits

Julie directs and supports all aspects of our benefit administration. She works closely with internal and external partners to support effective benefit management.

Michelle Gilga, PHR Director of Performance & Safety

Michelle handles our workplace safety efforts, including workman's compensation issues and questions. Michelle also oversees aspects of employee performance.

Tabitha Symonds, Project Manager

Tabitha serves as are project lead, oversees our internship process, and is responsible for ensuring our team runs efficiently and effectively.

Kayla serves as our Sr. Coordinator and leads all facets of the employee experience.

Sara works collaboratively with team members to ensure operations run effectively and efficiently.

Patricia supports the Employee Experience Team and ensures documents are stored and procedures are followed.

Bri supports our operations through our contract with Avenues. Bri handles all aspects of human resource needs.

Ryan supports the People Operations team and takes the lead with all aspects of our Labor Management relationships.

Rachel oversees the entire department and responsible for ensuring that all team members provide the best possible SERVICE to ALL employees.
